The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Driver to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This role involves operating a tilt tray truck to transport plant and equipment across sites throughout Greater Melbourne. A competitive remuneration package is offered, including regular overtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely load, secure (tie down), and transport plant and equipment using a tilt tray truck across multiple sites.
  • Operate plant and equipment, including excavators, on site as required.
  • Support site crews with general labouring duties, including site preparation and onsite assistance.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance with all site and company procedures.

About You

  • Hold a valid HR Driver’s Licence and Excavator ticket.
  • Possess a current OHS Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • Willing and able to work across sites throughout Greater Melbourne.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a hands-on approach to assisting site teams.
  • Committed to maintaining high safety standards at all times.

To make sure that you’re fully fit to join our team you will also need to pass our pre-employment medical which includes a drug & alcohol test.
