The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer – Scheduling to join our project delivery team and play a key role in the successful delivery of major water and infrastructure projects.

This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimising project schedules, ensuring programs are aligned with project objectives, milestones, resources and delivery requirements. You will work closely with project managers, pre-delivery managers, delivery teams and other stakeholders to provide accurate scheduling information, identify risks and support proactive decision-making.

The successful candidate will bring strong Primavera P6 programming experience, a solid understanding of construction or infrastructure delivery, and the ability to communicate complex scheduling information clearly to a wide range of stakeholders. This role is full time, based in our Girraween NSW office.

You will bring:

  • 7+ years’ project programming experience in construction or infrastructure
  • Relevant qualification in Engineering (Industrial or Civil)
  • Strong Primavera P6 and project cost-loading experience
  • Proficient in MS Office; InEight experience desirable
  • Strong stakeholder communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of water/infrastructure delivery and project controls.
