- Develop practical, person-centred nursing skills tailored to the aged care environment
- Six month Next Step Nurse Transition Program to build confidence and support your development
- Make a meaningful impact every shift by supporting older Australians to live with dignity, comfort, and independence
The Role
Whether you’re a newly graduated or junior Enrolled Nurse, someone new to aged care, or an experienced nurse looking to top up your weekly hours, Infinite Aged Care offers a supportive environment where you can thrive.
Our Enrolled Nurses play a central role in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care. You’ll support residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing, ensure their safety, and help them live each day with dignity and purpose.
You’ll have the autonomy to make clinical decisions while being supported by a collaborative team of personal carers, lifestyle staff, and hospitality professionals. You’ll also model safe practice—particularly in medication management—and help foster a positive, values‑driven team culture.
About You
We hire for attitude, values, and commitment to resident wellbeing. Experience in aged care is welcome but not required. You’ll thrive with us if:
- Caring for others comes naturally to you, and you’re driven to help residents live life to the fullest.
- You hold AHPRA Enrolled Nurse registration (no restrictions).
- You have, or can obtain, an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- You’re seeking a career‑starting role, a supportive transition into aged care, or additional hours to complement your current work.
- You enjoy variety in your work and bring a positive, proactive approach to delivering quality care.
- You communicate clearly and build strong, respectful relationships.
- You’re committed to safe, compliant practice for older Australians.
