The Opportunity

Reporting to our PMO Lead we are seeking a Digital Project Manager who will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects across Infinite Care. This role ensures effective coordination between stakeholders, timely delivery of initiatives, and adherence to scope, quality, and compliance standards, particularly within aged care settings. The Project Manager will also drive change management strategies, contribute to continuous improvement, and ensure stakeholder engagement to support system adoption.

Our Role

Providing project leadership and delivery, your role will:

  • Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, including requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies appropriate to each project’s complexity and stakeholders. 
  • Develop and execute tailored change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and resistance mitigation.
  • Work closely with software providers, platform developers, business analysts, and end-users to prioritise features, track progress, and deliver business-ready applications.
  • Ensure bespoke development projects adhere to data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Deliver project reporting in accordance with PMO (Project Management Office) requirements and timing.
  • Ensure all project records adhere to information governance, data privacy, and regulatory obligations.
  • Build strong working relationships with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to support shared project goals.

About you

You’re a confident communicator, trusted advisor, and detail-oriented Project Manager with a natural ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships across all levels of stakeholders. Calm under pressure and adaptable by nature, you bring clarity and structure to complex situations. With strong negotiation skills and a practical mindset, you translate competing priorities into clear, achievable outcomes that keep projects on track. To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 3–5 years of project management experience with software implementation, including experience managing Power Platform or low-code development projects.
  • Proven track record in leading change management planning and execution tied to software rollouts.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Power Platform development processes, and Agile project methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, DevOps Boards, or similar).
  • Must have a driver's licence and car with the ability to travel nationally when required.
