Infinite Care is expanding a recently created role with the employment of an additional Clinical & Quality Specialist. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (minimum 5 years) with a strong background in quality, risk, and governance to support continuous improvement across our Care Homes in across our Care Homes in Qld, Victoria, NSW and South Australia.

The successful candidate can be based in any of these states.

Reporting to the National Clinical Governance Manager, the Clinical and Quality Specialist Advisor is responsible for driving the highest standards of clinical practice and quality assurance across our services, with a strong focus on enhancing resident care and safety.

This dynamic, roving role blends clinical expertise with a strong focus on:

  • Quality improvement initiatives
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Development of best practices

Position offers emote work however frequent travel across our care homes in Nationally is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality assurance initiatives, including audits, data analysis, and continuous improvement planning
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care, Disability Services, NDIS, and relevant regulatory standards
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and assessments using evidence-based practice
  • Deliver staff training on clinical competencies, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to enhance care outcomes
  • Support accreditation preparation and drive best-practice service delivery
  • Provide interim backfill and leadership coverage for Clinical Care Managers, ensuring operational continuity and clinical oversight when required.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s in Nursing, Allied Health or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Certification in Quality Assurance/Improvement (e.g., CPHQ) highly desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, standards, and accreditation processes
  • Proficient in EHR systems and quality management tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
  • Have a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or ability to apply
  • Ability to travel frequently across QLD & NSW (valid driver’s licence required)
