Our Role
Reporting to our National Sales & Admissions Manager, the Customer Admissions Manager (CAM) is responsible for driving sales and occupancy, resident & stakeholder Engagement plus maintaining strong relationships with residents and partners as a brand ambassador for our Far North Qld business operations. Due to internal growth and recent team movements, we are seeking a new Customer Admissions Manager to join our Cairns region. This role can be based at any of our three Cairns homes, with flexibility to travel between sites as needed. You will be responsible for driving sales across all three homes, while also supporting new residents and their families through what can be an emotional, stressful, and often complex journey as they navigate the aged care system.
Our ideal applicants will have:
- Experience in aged care sales and admissions or similar people admissions sales environments.
- Warm, welcoming, and empathetic approach.
- Highly professional with a strong customer focus
- Excellent Resident & Stakeholder Engagement
- Naturally community minded with a passion for working with elderly persons
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational capability.
- Ability to work with sensitivity and professionalism during emotional family discussions.
- Competence in CRM/enquiry systems and general computer literacy.
- Understanding of the aged care system, ACAT assessments, and fee structures.
- A current driver's licence and car
- Must have a current NDIS clearance OR ability to apply for one.
