You next career chapter is Tweed Care Home (Tweed Aged Care Home | Northern Rivers NSW & Gold Coast QLD) where everyday won't be the same, you will be trained to complete Strength & Conditioning physio classes, 1:1 companion support, be dining champions, support engagement and intergenerational programs, learn the medicator shifts all whilst joining educations sessions called "community of practice" to learn how to care for each residents needs across Dementia care, Infection and wound management, Falls management and Palliative care with colleagues who are passionate about being a care professional.
About You
At Infinite Care we hire for heart, so our best people are highly empathic, instil a strong work ethic and passionate about making a difference to the elderly. Ideally, you have worked in the Aged Care sector and the ability to “think on your feet”, communicate effectively, build rapport with others, and have a strong "purpose" to help the elderly in our communities, in addition you have;
- A passion for choosing a career where you can make a difference and willingness to help our company deliver quality of care services everyday!
- Excellent safety awareness to avoid our residents tripping, falling or hurting themselves - you need to be their extra eyes and ears!
- Very positive teamwork attitude, a trusted co-worker, excellent time management (we are a shift driven workplace including handovers) and follow strict safety procedures at all times to maintain a high standard of workplace safety.
- Qualifications in Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR have completed 1st year nursing studies with a placement in Aged Care. We do recognise other Cert III courses in related healthcare studies.
- Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance as this is essential to work in the Aged Care sector. (*or willingness to obtain)

Our care roles are busy! Alot of bending, lifting, pushing and squatting to perform your duties safely. All candidates will be required to complete an online medical assessment to maintain personal and workplace safety standards.
