Our Role

At Infinite Care, technology helps our teams deliver safe, efficient and compassionate support to residents and their families. Due to internal movements, we are seeking a new IT Operations Team Lead to join our IT team on a full-time basis in Bundall on the Gold Coast. The IT Operations Team Lead plays a key role in keeping our IT systems, infrastructure and support services running smoothly across the organisation.

You enjoy leading a team, building positive working relationships, and continuously improving the way things are done. With a strong service mindset, you balance technical knowledge with clear communication, ensuring both systems and people are well supported.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networks and hardware
  • Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating a service-focused team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • A customer service mindset, with patience and empathy when supporting users
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to prioritise, stay organised and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships
  • A commitment to secure, reliable and high-quality IT service delivery
