The Role

We have an exciting and creative opportunity to join our team in the role of Group Resident Engagement & Wellbeing Manager. This full-time position reports to the General Manager of Support Services and will work collaboratively with the Lifestyle teams nationally across all Infinite Care homes.

The Group Resident Engagement & Wellbeing Manager leads Infinite Care’s strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of resident wellbeing, engagement, and lifestyle services across all residential aged care homes nationally. The role supports site-based teams to deliver inclusive, person-centred, and innovative programs that enhance resident quality of life, reflect diversity, and align with Infinite’s care philosophy and compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a national resident wellbeing and engagement strategy aligned with Infinite Care’s values.
  • Lead national initiatives and ensure consistency of resident engagement and wellbeing programs across all homes
  • Guide and support Resident Engagement and Wellbeing Coordinators and local leadership teams.
  • Embed the resident engagement and wellbeing calendar pillars and person-centred planning across all sites.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in resident engagement and wellbeing programs
  • Monitor participation data, resident feedback, and wellbeing outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and support to regional and site-based Resident Engagement and Wellbeing teams.
  • Support recruitment, performance management, and succession planning for Resident Engagement & Wellbeing roles.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, Marketing, IT, Finance, Operations, HELF, Quality Excellence and Governance) to enable effective program delivery.
  • Represent Resident Engagement & Wellbeing at forums, governance meetings, and strategic reviews. 
  •  Report regularly on Resident Engagement & Wellbeing trends, risks, and opportunities to the General Manager Support Services, COO, and ELT.

  • Ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable delivery across multiple sites.
  • High-level interpersonal, coaching, and presentation skills.
  • Strong planning and reporting capability using Power BI and other Microsoft tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to lead inclusive service design.
  • Ability to travel between Homes as required.

Desirable

  • Relevant qualifications in Health Care, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, resident engagement and wellbeing programming, and person-centred care.
  • Project management experience. 
  •  Experience in digital engagement and content development. 
  •  Familiarity with aged care reforms and quality compliance expectations. 
  • Experience in Aged Care, Health Care, Hospitality, Events or a similar industry
