Infinite Aged Care (Tweed) is expanding its clinical leadership team and seeking a passionate, experienced Clinical Care Manager to join as our second leader in this space.

Clinical Care Managers at Infinite Aged Care are key leaders within our Clinical team, overseeing high‑quality resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a safe, supportive environment. They provide strong clinical leadership, mentor staff, and manage resources to deliver exceptional, person‑centred care.
Working closely with the Clinical Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentors, and the Tweed General Manager, you will operate with limited supervision to deliver timely, compassionate, resident‑centred care. You will welcome new residents and families, support care planning, and manage feedback and complaints in a professional, resolution‑focused manner.
Success in this role requires the ability to think on your feet, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain strong professional relationships. A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical treatments and procedures, including medication administration, nutrition/hydration oversight, and pressure injury prevention.
- Coordinate access to health practitioners, arranging and facilitating medical appointments to meet residents’ clinical needs.
- Engage and liaise with specialised allied health services, such as physiotherapy, podiatry, occupational therapy, and speech pathology.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, including vital signs, weight monitoring, and ongoing evaluation of residents’ health status.
- Provide specialised nursing care, including wound care, chronic disease management, diabetes support, and behavioural management.
- Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans, ensuring documentation is accurate and reflective of residents’ changing needs.
- Lead and supervise the clinical team, including RNs, ENs, AINs, and Care Coordinators, ensuring high standards of practice.
- Maintain quality assurance standards, conducting audits, implementing evidence‑based practices, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, preparing for inspections and meeting all legislative and industry requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with residents, families, and internal departments, supporting holistic care and clear communication.
- Support operational and emergency management, including budget oversight for clinical resources and implementation of emergency response protocols.
What You'll Bring:

- Have a valid AHPRA Registration.
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree.
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Clinical Care Manager or similar leadership position.
- Extensive aged care experience, including leadership responsibilities and deep knowledge of regulatory and Quality Standards frameworks.
- Hold a strong resident‑centric mindset that guides all aspects of care delivery.
- Are comfortable and experienced in developing care plans.
- Demonstrated knowledge of aged care regulations, legislation, and best‑practice standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently.
- Strong problem‑solving capability with the ability to think critically and act decisively.
- Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, schedules, and documentation.
- Commitment to continuous learning and openness to feedback from residents and leaders.
- Hold valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one)
