About the Role:
Our internal team are experiencing a busy time topped with leave coverage, so we need an extra pair of hands to help out!! Your day in our team will feel like;
- Daily recruitment inbox checks where successful candidates send their range of pre-employment documents and action accordingly.
- Save, sort and organise new employee employment documents, qualifications and job information to follow set procedures for strong document management.
- Support recruiter with following up on pre-employment medical and/or reference check documents to help progress each candidate.
- Support recruitment team with top-of-funnel candidate talent pools, sorting by suitability, progressing them into initial assessment and phone screening.
- Interacting with candidates via phone and email to confirm suitability to the job and interview scheduling
- Ad hoc admin tasks as per directed by the Manager that support the smooth running of the day and helping hire the best talent for our business.
About You:
You thrive in an environment where there is good pace, variety and you feel you are contributing. You naturally have a can-do attitude where no task is too much trouble, and you do it with a genuine smile, whilst bringing the below to the team;
- Minimum 1 years’ recruitment industry experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to liaise with the team, hiring leaders and candidates
- High attention to detail, excellent editing, daily task prioritisation and planning skills
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office, Email, navigate internal systems for saving and organising compliance documents
- Happy to work in a small team, be social, establish your own ways of working yet highly collaborative
- Apply your can-do-attitude to daily tasks, offer to help other recruiters, strong follow-up skills with candidates and willingness to follow set processes that offer great candidate experiences.
