The Role
The Care & Services Manager plays a vital role in the effective day-to-day operations of Infinite Care homes, with a key focus on the direct supervision of operational excellence. Working collaboratively with all Heads of Department and Registered Nurses, this role ensures operational excellence across each shift. As a member of the Infinite leadership team, the Care & Services Manager leads the daily functions of the Care Home in alignment with the expectations set by the General Manager
We are currently seeking candidates who can work across 7 days on AM and PM shifts, full time or part time.
A day in the life could look like:
- Walking through the home to ensure everything feels welcoming and safe.
- Reviewing staffing allocations, responding to sick calls and filling gaps to ensure care continuity.
- Checking in with each department; clinical, cleaning, catering, laundry, maintenance and engagement teams to make sure the day flows seamlessly.
- Attending meal services, ensuring dining rooms are set, compliance is followed, and our residents enjoy a positive experience.
- Hosting the Heads of Department meeting (or chairing in the GM’s absence) to keep everyone aligned.
- Overseeing new admissions and discharges, which includes checking rooms are ready, as well as supporting families with transitions.
- Jumping in where needed and leading by example.
- Handling feedback and resolving issues promptly, always logging and closing the loop.
This role is about being present, visible, and hands-on in a purpose-built environment, where leadership is lived through action and connection.

- A leadership background in hospitality, retail, clinical, workforce management of even transport & logistics.
- Available to work am/pm, weekdays and weekends.
