Infinite Care Ashmore Ashmore Aged Care Home | Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor to join our supportive team. This part-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced aged care clinician who enjoys developing others, driving quality clinical outcomes and making a genuine difference in residents' lives.

Monday - Wednesday | 6:30am - 2:30pm

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the clinical care team
• Mentor and develop nurses and care staff
• Oversee care planning, assessments and documentation
• Support quality, compliance and accreditation outcomes
• Partner with residents, families and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in a Clinical Care Coordinator or similar aged care leadership role
• Strong knowledge of aged care standards, AN-ACC and clinical documentation
• Passion for mentoring, coaching and developing teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
