The Opportunity

As a key member of the Infin8care team, Our Care Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that all residents in the facility receive the very best quality of clinical care. In simple terms, you will combine you innate ability to empathise with people with your clinical expertise and knowledge to help lead a team who collectively strive to ensure that the care needs our all of our residents are managed within the facility and that resourcing, documentation and assessments are reflect best-in-class clinical practices at our Chamberlain Gardens facility Wyoming Aged Care Facility | Infinite Care (infin8care.com.au)

About You

Maybe you are an experienced Care Coordinator who has outgrown their current employer, or a Registered Nurse looking to take the next step and build your career with an industry leader. Either way you are an excellent communicator and leader, who along with a passion for ensuring the very best clinical outcomes, also

  • Has experience in and extensive knowledge of conducting clinical assessments and developing care plans,
  • Understands funding requirements, accreditation compliance and relevant associated documentation requirements.
  • Has an engaging style and the ability to influence and develop clinical leadership skills in others.
  • Holds a current Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration.
  • Has strong computing skills and attention to detail.
  • Can confidently manage multiple stakeholders, often in stressful situations.
  • Is balanced and level-headed.

  • Proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplace
  • Adopt a safety-first approach to daily tasks and supporting colleagues at all times
  • Commitment to attend safety specific training and upskilling sessions paid by the company
  • Willingness to come up with safety ideas that improve awareness, hazard reduction and incident reporting.
  • As part of being an Infinite Aged care employee you will be required to complete pre-employment checks.
