The Role

We have an exciting and fast-paced opportunity to join the Infinite Operations team, in our beautiful Tweed Heads Care home: Tweed Aged Care Home | Northern Rivers NSW & Gold Coast QLD where your customer service and administration skills will make a real difference in the daily experience of our residents and their visiting families. You’ll be part of a supportive team environment, helping create a welcoming, organised, and caring home for everyone who walks through our doors.

In this role, you’ll work closely with a variety of key people including the General Manager, nursing and care teams, allied health professionals, residents, and their families. You’ll provide timely, professional, and confidential administrative support, helping ensure everything runs smoothly while meeting company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

This is a permanent full-time position, reporting directly to our General Manager, working Monday to Friday - hours are negotiable for the right candidate - you could work 8 till 4 or 9 till 5, whatever suits you best.

 About You:

You are an experienced, administrator, who in addition to having an eye for detail, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills as well as:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (word, excel, power point)
  • Accurate data entry skills and ability to “self-manage” and work to deadlines.
  • Have a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one)
  • A flexible and willing attitude and passion for quality Aged Care support.
  • Proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplace
  • A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willing and able to apply for one)
  • Available for a full-time role Monday to Friday.
