Our Role
Due to Infinite Care’s growth, we are seeking a new Organisational Development Advisor to join our Capability, Development and Learning (CD&L) team. The Organisational Development Advisor is a key member and plays a critical role in partnering with various business units to design, develop, and implement organisational development and learning initiatives that align with the strategic priorities. This role will also support organisational change activities related to strategic priorities of the business.

You’re a curious, proactive, and collaborative Organisational Development professional who thrives on partnering with leaders to drive meaningful people and culture outcomes. You’re comfortable navigating complexity, thinking on your feet, and translating strategy into practical and impactful initiatives.
Along with your eye for the details, you’ll bring strong facilitation and communication skills, build trust easily with diverse stakeholders, and are committed to continuous learning and improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in, Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in organisational development, with a focus on leadership development, change management, and culture.
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering effective organisational development and learning programs.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Experience analysing employee and business data to inform and evaluate OD initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A curious mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and alignment with Infinite Care’s values.
- A valid driver’s licence and availability to travel nationally as required.
- Previous experience in aged care (*desirable but not essential).
