Join Infinite Aged Care as our next Funding Coordinator! We are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with a strong background in AN-ACC funding and processing to support continuous improvement across our Care Homes in South East Queensland and New South Wales.
Our Opportunity!
Reporting to the funding manager the Funding Coordinator is key to Infinite Aged Cares financial health, managing AN-ACC funding claims and mentoring onsite Assessment and Care Planning Nurses to ensure efficient resource allocation and high quality resident care.
Position offers remote work however frequent travel across our SEQ and NSW care homes is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply strong working knowledge of ANACC/ACFI funding models to support accurate assessments
- Build positive relationships and communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
- Coach and develop staff to strengthen their understanding of aged care funding requirements
- Translate financial information into clear, practical insights for non‑financial audiences
- Lead and support change management initiatives across funding and operational processes
- Prepare high‑quality reports, presentations, and documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance funding accuracy and service outcomes
- Ability to travel frequently across our SEQ & NSW care homes (valid driver’s licence required)
What You’ll Bring:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Prior experience in Aged Care
- Prior experience in leadership roles & experience with leading a team and cultivating a team environment
- An in-depth understanding of the funding scheme, government subsidies, and financial options available for aged care services is essential
- Ability to travel frequently across our SEQ & NSW care homes (valid driver’s licence required)
