We are seeking Permanent Part-time Registered Nurses for 3 shifts per week in our Autumn Aged Care Cloverly Cottage, located in Boronia Victoria. Autumn Aged Care Boronia - Clovelly Cottage

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the health, wellbeing and dignity of older Australians.

Working closely with the Clinical Management team, you'll provide contemporary nursing care, clinical leadership and support to care staff while ensuring residents receive safe, responsive and compassionate care every day.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality clinical care aligned with residents' individual needs
• Conduct assessments, care planning and ongoing clinical reviews
• Administer medications and oversee complex clinical care requirements
• Monitor and respond to changes in resident health and wellbeing
• Provide guidance, support and clinical leadership to care teams
• Collaborate with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals
• Contribute to quality, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote a safe, respectful and person-centred aged care environment

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in residential aged care highly regarded
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Sound understanding of aged care standards and clinical compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to delivering exceptional resident-centred care
• Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred
