About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Automation Lead, the Email Marketing Specialist will work across a diverse range of Email Marketing accounts and is a highly organised, strategic thinker that is able to develop and implement client solutions independently.
Do you tick these boxes?
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, Emarsys, Salesforce, etc
Well versed with various automation and integration tools
Expertise in email marketing, strategies, and how to effectively optimise CRM platforms
Up to date knowledge of functional email design principles, as well as EDM trends and best practice
Ability to run CRM audits and troubleshoot technical issues
A confident and considered approach to problem-solving and project management
An ability to independently plan, strategise, and implement to achieve a project
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and various CMS’ (WordPress and Shopify in particular)
Previous agency experience (preferred but not essential)
1+ years experience in Email Marketing
Responsibilities and duties:
Develop and manage client projects, working with various internal and external stakeholders to implement
Create and implement email marketing and automation strategies
Conduct CRM and Email Marketing audits to identify areas of improvement
CRM set-up and execution of automated campaigns
Articulate CRM and Automation requirements and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
