Ian Martin Workforce has partnered with a corporation that designs, manufactures, and distributes engines, filtration, and power generation products. They are looking to bring on a Service Administrator to serve as the first point of contact with customers to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing the business within the branch location.
You will be doing …
Serving as the first point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers.
Various office tasks like filing, generating reports, and taking messages.
Assessing customers' needs and gathering pertinent information.
Creating basic work orders in appropriate systems.
Updating customers with the progress on their requests
Helping customers with warranties and invoicing.

Have an understanding of the automotive industry or have worked in a Parts position or Car Dealership is preferred
Prior experience in a customer service role is needed.
Excellent communication skills on the phone and via email are required.
Quick learner, good typing skills, and willingness to learn.
Curious about engines and power generation.
Positive and energetic; like working with a diverse group of people.
Likes working in a fast-paced environment where there's always something to do.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and Outlook, Word and Excel, and Basic office skills required.
