We are hiring experienced recruiters across our rapidly growing business, especially in our volume hiring (like RPO) and managed direct sourcing divisions.
You will stand out if you have…
- US and/or Canadian recruiting experience
- Technical recruiting specialties – science, technology, engineering – an asset
- ATS/VMS experience (ex. LiveHire, Fieldglass, Flextrack)
- Pacific and Mountain time zones are particularly attractive
- Remote anywhere in Canada or the US
- Bilingualism and Multilingualism is a plus.

The practical stuff…
- Full-time permanent work is the default but also open to other work arrangements (part-time, contract)
- Salary bands are $60-$80,000/yr target compensation for independent recruiters and $80-$120,000/yr for highly specialized recruiters and recruiting leads
