Duties: Thales DIS Cloud Operations is responsible for the operation of Thales DIS infrastructures in our Private and Public clouds. We are using ServiceNow to manage our private CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and to support different processes offered to internal users (such as Incident Management, Request management, and Change management) but also to external users through an integrated Support portal. The ServiceNow core team manages different instances of the tool to serve different needs in different areas across the world.
The incumbent will administrate our US instance and support our US customers and ensure security restraints have been adhered.
The ServiceNow Admin & Developer is located in Texas or Remote within the US, will administrate our US instance and support our US customers and ensure security restraints are adhered. Preferred location is Texas- Dallas
Responsible for administrating the ServiceNow US instance which includes working jointly with the US team members and US internal customer teams to gather, clarify requirements and implement as determined.
Responsible for supporting the US team on the tool usage and delivering local training as needed.
Responsible for working closely with the core team in France to contribute to the development of the new features for the global roadmap which includes performing pre-study on the complex requirements, estimating the workload of each requirement, writing and reviewing technical specifications, implementing features following development processes (ServiceNow Update sets, Dev-Integration-Prod), adding test cases to the Non-Regression Test suite and documenting the related features (Knowledge articles or PowerPoint slides)
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
4 years of experience in working with a ticketing system with at least 2 of those years being with ServiceNow
Prior experience with ITIL frameworks
ServiceNow System Administration Skills Certification Developer experience within the tool
Excellent team player with proven ability to accomplish goals through collaboration
Must be able to obtain post-hire clearance from the Committee on Foreign Investments in the U.S. (CFIUS) and Department of Treasury
Must have U.S. Citizenship in order to obtain the post-hire Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Clearance from the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Implementation Specialist certifications in particular:
CIS - IT-Service Management CSM,
CIS - Customer Service management
Recent Micro Certifications will be very positively considered in particular:
Automated Test Framework (ATF)
CSM with Service Management for Implementers
Knowledge / Experience on Public Cloud Frameworks and corresponding AGILE methodologies
