Our Semi-Conductor client in Chandler, AZ is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for a 4-month contract role, with an extension beyond.
What you will be doing…
Managing virtual recruitment program act as liaison between Intel and candidates working closely with Recruiting and Integration Program managers Hiring Managers and recruiting volunteers
Prescreening candidates, scheduling interviews, document retention, and candidate tracking
Acting as liaison with Staffing partners to ensure smooth processes and accurate data
Occasionally coordinates learning solutions courses and leadership training
Scheduling training, coordinating vendor led training is a critical role in the new hire onboarding experience by performing critical tasks
Answer candidates, managers, and teams inquiries quickly.
What you will need to succeed…
Must have 5+ years of experience in areas such as Admin, Recruitment, HR, Training, or Staffing
Understanding of Workday and Intel’s hiring processes, experience managing candidates through the hiring system.
Prior Intel experience will be considered first and is a big plus.
Knowledge and experience with SharePoint, Handshake, and Qualtrics a PLUS
Minimum Education Requirement:
High school Diploma or equivalent.
