Our client, a Canadian multinational energy transportation company with a focus on the transportation, distribution, and generation of energy, has an immediate need for an Operations Work Management Systems Coordinator. This is a contract position for five (5) months located in Edmonton, Alberta.
This position will also be the primary contact for LP Operations, Enterprise Work Management (EWM) and TIS for maintaining, prioritizing and coordinating the execution of work management system enhancement requests and defects. Responsible for taking on assigned tasks in support of LP Operations Services objectives, with primary focus on LP Operations Work Management Systems (MAXIMO and Click FSE) Coordination.
Primary contact for LP Operations, EWM and TIS to resolve work management systems issues or client support requests effectively and efficiently
Responsible for providing MAXIMO and Click FSE System Support to LP Operations by coordinating the change requests and incidents with EWM and TIS
Work with LP Operations, EWM, and TIS on a regular basis to maintain a list of prioritized change requests and incidents
Support the maturity of work management systems by gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, working with EWM and TIS to develop and coordinate testing the solutions in accordance with the requirements
Coordinate with MMS the upcoming system changes with required processes documentation and training material/delivery updates.
Coordinate the necessary OCM activities (communication, training etc.) as required to efficiently rollout system changes
In collaboration with Maintenance Management Services (MMS) and EWM, develop a list of system enhancements in support of MMS strategic goals
Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of LP Work Execution Management (WEM) business processes with respect to maintenance management, terminal and Pipeline Maintenance (PLM) operations, and other Operations responsibilities.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of MAXIMO and Click FSE with respect to current software functionality, upcoming features and functionality and how current/future users can benefit from them.

Related University degree with five years of experience OR seven years of related experience with two year computer diploma, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience will be considered
Must be knowledgeable and have experience with MAXIMO and Click FSE system use
Excellent communications and customer service skills
Strong understanding of business process documentation, business analysis, change and incident management
Develops plans for simple projects, determining milestones
Energetic, highly motivated, and quick learner
Pipeline maintenance and operational experience (nice to have)
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimum supervision.
Develops consistency in delivering quality results in time.
Shows willingness to learn from others
Minimal travel to the regions (once to two times per year)
Flexibility required to manage work priorities, field schedules and client requirements
Maintain focus/drive to complete numerous activities with limited resources
Frequent facilitation between cross regional or functional groups
