Our Banking client in Jersey City, NJ is looking to hire a Junior Business Analyst for a 4 months contract role.

What you will be doing…

As part of the Office of the COO, you will supports the organization by working closely with business partners across the Front and Back Offices. The role will support the implementation of the RBCCM IBOR Program by performing valuable analysis informing its strategy and implementation. The candidate will work with a broad stakeholder team consisting of business, functional, operational and IT partners in order to create meaningful analysis, document requirements, and support the creation of transition runbooks. 

What you will need to succeed…

Must Have Skills:

  •   College experience – candidate for Bachelors within 2 years

  •   Strong writing skills

  •   Advanced capabilities with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  •   Outstanding organization and attention to detail

  •   Intellectual curiosity

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  •   Previous Compliance Experience

  •    Experience with Tableau or any other Data Analytics tool

  •    Knowledge of Banking and Securities Regulations
