We’re hiring Site Supervisors that will support our COVID-19 testing team, ensuring that safety protocols are being followed and that everyone has the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.
Currently, we have several drive-thru test sites at schools across San Jose, CA; your job will be to oversee operations, provide training/coaching, and ensure that guidelines are being followed.
When you’re not working directly with the team, you’ll act as a liaison between head office and your site, and take care of reporting, communications, and other administrative duties.
Your attention to detail, clear communication, and close attention to guidelines will make all the difference for patients; if you’re motivated by helping people and making a positive impact, this is the job for you.
We have multiple FT positions available; hours will be from 8-5, Monday to Friday, with pay rates ranging from $24 per hour. Positions will be contract based and are expected to last through December with potential for extension.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Strong tech skills and ability to operate standard computer tech/programs (databases, data entry, tablets, touch screens, etc.)
- Ability to maintain confidential patient information
- Experience in a healthcare setting would be an asset
