Customer Service Rep (Covid Testing)

  • $17 per hour
  • Full-time
  • No healthcare experience required
  • Multiple openings available now!

If you want your chance to make a difference in the fight against COVID-19 while making a good income, this is it.

We’re hiring for a leading provider of urgent and primary care medical services. With cases on the rise, we’ve ramped-up vaccination and testing teams that will help stop the spread of COVID-19: we need your help.

Join us, and make a difference

We’re hiring Customer Service Reps that will support people who are at risk for COVID-19 and want to get tested.

Currently, we have several drive-thru test sites at schools across San Juan Bautista, CA. As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for people coming in to get tested: taking down their information, scheduling appointments, and sharing information on how testing works and what they can expect.

It also makes you a critical point of contact for people who are feeling nervous or anxious about getting tested or finding out their results.

Your sympathy and professionalism can help make a stressful experience easier; if you’re the sort of person who’s good with people and loves making them feel better, this is the job for you.

The Details

We have multiple FT positions available; hours will be from 7-5, Monday, Wednesday & Friday, with pay rates of $17 per hour. Positions will be contract based and are expected to last through December with potential for extension.

This is a great chance to get relevant experience in the healthcare industry and start a meaningful career.
