7am-3:30pm and 3pm-11:30pm- rotating every 2 weeks

What you will be doing…
Perform tasks associated with harvest, conditioning and treat/packaging, some general repair and maintenance, as directed by supervisor.
Harvest activities from receiving to storage
Conditioning activities such as cleaning and sizing, treating and packaging, palletizing, wrapping and sampling
Shipping/receiving, interplant movement, rework, warehousing, and inventory management of bagged and bulk seed, including the safe operation of forklifts
Compliance with Work Instructions and Quality Plan requirements
Complete and maintain appropriate records, documents, or reports such as quality, safety, grower, and inventory records.
Why this is the right job for you…
Two-year agricultural diploma or related field of study
High School Diploma
Experience in light industrial, manufacturing, seed cleaning and handling, or warehouse
Knowledge of production agriculture
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to adjust quickly to changing conditions and anticipate needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, reliability, work accuracy, and timeliness
Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
Competent computer skills
Willingness to work both outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, dry, and dusty conditions
Ability to climb and/or work in elevated areas; standing and sitting for extended periods
Position may involve repetitive motion and/or repetitive lifting up to 50lbs
