  • Chercher et saisir les opportunités de communiquer avec des communautés de candidats spécifiques.
  • Inviter les candidats passifs à échanger avec vous.
  • Être à l’affût des nouvelles tendances d’acquisition de talents sur le marché.
  • Évaluer les candidats, coordonner les entretiens et faciliter le processus de recrutement.
  • Offrir une expérience candidat exceptionnelle.
  • Promouvoir les valeurs d’entreprise et la marque employeur.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en recrutement, médias sociaux.
  • Bonne capacité à attirer et interagir avec les talents via les médias sociaux.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à développer des relations professionnelles.
  • Orienté objectifs et motivé par les résultats d’affaires.
  • Organisé, autonome et tenace.
  • Sentiment d'urgence avec capacité à travailler sous pression.
  • Approche pro-active, créative et innovatrice.
  • Attitude positive et bon esprit d'équipe.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en français.

  • Maximize research skills and professional network to attract top talent.
  • Seek out opportunities to engage with specific candidate communities.
  • Directly contact and engage with passive talent.
  • Continuously cultivate and evaluate the channels and methods for new candidate screening.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and facilitate hiring process.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Promote our core values and employer brand.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of social media recruitment experience.
  • Strong social media skills: attracting and engaging with talent via social media.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to develop profess relationships.
  • Goal oriented and driven by business results.
  • Highly organized, autonomous and tenacious.
  • Sense of urgency with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Pro-active approach, creative and innovative thinker.
  • Positive attitude and true team player.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
