The Role

At Hy-Tec, you'll play an important role in delivering the materials that help build homes, schools, roads and infrastructure across the Sunshine Coast. We're seeking a motivated HR Licensed Driver to join our team in Maroochydore as a Concrete Agitator Driver.

Whether you're an experienced Agitator Driver or an HR Driver looking to learn something new, we'll provide the training and support you need to build a rewarding career in a secure and growing industry.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver pre-mixed concrete to customer sites
• Manage concrete slump tolerances and discharge operations
• Complete delivery documentation and vehicle inspections
• Build positive relationships with customers and site personnel
• Maintain a clean, safe and professional vehicle presentation
• Adhere to all safety, quality and operational procedures

What you need to succeed

• A current HR Driver's Licence
• Ability to provide a driver's licence history check
• A strong commitment to safety and compliance
• A reliable, professional and positive attitude
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• A customer-focused approach and strong communication skills
