Concrete Batch Plant Operator

The role

We currently have an opportunity for a Concrete Plant Operator to join our Toowoomba team.

This is a permanent full time position, working Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Represent the Hy-Tec brand and provide excellent customer service whilst taking orders and finalising sales
• Schedule rostering and truck movements for the region
• Batch concrete to specific mix designs
• Complete daily audits
• Management of raw material stock levels
• Perform general plant maintenance
• General laboring & yard duties

• Ability to prioritise work effectively in an environment of constant change
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work as part of a small team and provide positive customer service
• Be organized, with an ability to self-manage work and show a can-do attitude in a busy environment
• Demonstrate a commitment to safety
• Confident when working with computers
