Hy-Tec have several exciting opportunities for candidates in Katherine, NT who are keen to up-skill and embark on a new career as Concrete Truck Driver or Plant Operator. We are looking for individuals with either relevant experience or the right attitude to undergo training within our company. Your skills and dedication matter, and we encourage candidates who bring either expertise or a willingness, to apply.

The first step involves a brief one-on-one phone call to explore the potential fit between you and our team.

The second step will be an in-person interview to see our site & meet some of the team.

Onboarding

Upon securing your position, you will start a comprehensive Onboarding Program. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship, gaining practical experience from seasoned professionals across multiple roles and expertise. This tailored on-the-job training ensures you're well-prepared and confident as you step into your role at Hy-Tec.

Screening Requirements 

• Pass a pre-employment commercial driver medical which includes a drug & alcohol test 
• Undertake a police check 
• Trainee Agitator Drivers Only – Held a full Australian Driver’s Licence for a minimum of 2 years (automatic or manual)
