In this role you will coordinate daily scheduling for field testers and contractors, helping deliver accurate, compliant testing for a wide range of concrete and construction materials.

This role is full time working Monday to Friday, with overtime and rostered Saturday’s according to business needs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Field and Laboratory Testing: Schedule and organise daily sampling and testing of concrete and construction materials for production and project assessments, including assisting with lab trials and batching.
- Customer and Compliance Support: Develop strong relationships with internal/external customers, assist in meeting technical requirements, and ensure tests align with relevant standards and frequencies.
- Maintain Quality and Accreditation Standards: Follow established procedures and systems, maintain NATA accreditation standards, and perform equipment calibration and maintenance.
- Reporting and Documentation: Support technical reporting, including signing off on concrete and aggregate test reports (training provided if not already a signatory).
What you will need to succeed
- 2+ years’ experience in construction materials testing
- Strong leadership attributes including good people management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Familiarity with AS/TfNSW standards and NATA requirements (desirable)
- Experience with concrete allocation and lab systems like Command/QestLab (training provided)
- Cert IV/Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
