Agitator Driver Kawana

The Role

Hy-Tec is looking for a safety-focused and customer oriented HR Licensed Driver to join our team in Kawana as a Concrete Agitator Driver.

Whether you're an experienced Agitator Driver or an HR Driver looking to develop new skills, we'll provide the training and support you need to build a rewarding career in a stable and growing industry.

In this role, you'll be an essential part of our operations, delivering quality concrete products to a variety of residential, commercial and civil construction projects. Every day brings something different, with opportunities to interact with customers and contribute to building local communities.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver pre-mixed concrete to customer sites
• Operate and manage concrete slump tolerances and concrete discharge
• Complete delivery documentation and daily vehicle checks
• Build positive relationships with customers and site personnel
• Maintain your vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
• Follow Hy-Tec's industry-leading safety standards and procedures

What you will need to succeed

• Current HR Driver's Licence (essential)
• Ability to provide a driver's licence history report
• Current White Card
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
