AI at Humanforce

At Humanforce, we’re not experimenting at the edges of AI, we’re redesigning the core of how we operate. We see AI as a fundamental shift, not an incremental improvement, and we’re deliberately moving toward becoming an AI-native organisation. That means rethinking how work gets done end-to-end, how we build our products, make decisions, serve customers, and scale impact. We’re not layering AI onto old ways of working, we’re redefining and reimagining our processes, tools, and team structures to take full advantage of what AI makes possible.

This is a moment of real change. We’re moving fast, learning in real time, and challenging assumptions about roles, workflows, and productivity. If you’re motivated by transformation, not optimisation, and want to help shape how a global tech company operates in an AI-first future, Humanforce is the place to do it.

Who you are

You want to be part of a high-performing Product team that is raising the standard of product craft and building differently. At Humanforce, we are embedding an AI-first mindset into our product management practice; rethinking how we discover opportunities, make decisions, and deliver value.

You are at your best when driving a clear, outcome-focused roadmap from concept to execution. You combine structured thinking with curiosity, are comfortable with ambiguity, and lean into complex, high-impact challenges. You don’t just ship features, you build products that solve real problems and move the business forward.

You’re passionate about modern product practices, excited by the potential of AI-first development, and motivated to contribute to a team that values rigor, ownership, and continuous improvement.

What you will do

You’ll join our growing Workforce Management (WFM) product squad, working to define and manage the roadmap for our core Workforce Management product features, including Time & Attendance, Leave Management, Timesheets & Award Interpretation, and Analytics & Reporting.

The WFM team is focused on innovation, driving initiatives such as AI based Smart Scheduling, next generation clocking app, and enhanced leave management across global markets including the UK & US. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer teams to deliver impactful solutions that make work easier for frontline teams.

  • Own your product area roadmap, aligning it with Humanforce’s vision, strategy and OKRs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers through discovery workshops with design, engineering and other product managers.
  • Use data and qualitative insights from customers to identify opportunities to refine the products and validate prioritisation.
  • Collect feedback and provide customers with product demos to encourage adoption and progress.
  • Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation.
  • Work with internal stakeholders on proposed solutions and escalation items.
  • Manage sprint backlog, planning, prioritisation and agile ceremonies with the team (refinement, planning, retros, etc.).
  • Strive to improve the velocity of the team to achieve better outcomes and be data driven around team performance and execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the business with engineering, design, data and sales/marketing teams from ideation through to launch, delivering exceptional product experiences.
  • Lead go-to-market activities including release notes, product showcases, and demos.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and support peers across the product lifecycle.

 What you’ll need

  • Experience in a commercial Product Management role, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Solid understanding of product management principles and lifecycle ownership.
  • Strong experience working in agile environments with engineering squads.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Strong creative thinking skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Customer-first approach with strong communication and prioritisation skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.

Some ‘nice to haves’

  • Domain knowledge and experience working in workforce management products.
  • Experience or a strong desire to adapt to AI first product development, including the use of AI tools (e.g. V0, Replit, Loveable, Claude, Figma AI, Miro) to enhance ideation, prototyping, and insights gathering.
