AI at Humanforce

At Humanforce, we’re not experimenting at the edges of AI, we’re redesigning the core of how we operate. We see AI as a fundamental shift, not an incremental improvement, and we’re deliberately moving toward becoming an AI-native organisation.

That means rethinking how work gets done end-to-end, how we build our products, make decisions, serve customers, and scale impact. We’re not layering AI onto old ways of working, we’re redefining and reimagining our processes, tools, and team structures to take full advantage of what AI makes possible.

This is a moment of real change. We’re moving fast, learning in real time, and challenging assumptions about roles, workflows, and productivity. If you’re motivated by transformation, not optimisation, and want to help shape how a global tech company operates in an AI-first future, Humanforce is the place to do it.

Who you are

You are an experienced operations professional with a deep understanding of how Professional Services organisations run; from implementation delivery and resource planning to project economics and services margin. You bring a data-driven mindset and a passion for building the operational infrastructure that allows a high-growth PS function to scale with consistency and confidence.

In this role, you will sit at the centre of the Professional Services organisation, partnering closely with PS Delivery Leads, Revenue Operations, and Finance to ensure that every engagement is resourced correctly, tracked accurately, and delivering value for both customers and the business. You thrive in fast-moving environments, are comfortable with ambiguity, and have a proven track record of translating complex delivery data into actionable operational improvements.

What you will do

  • Own the operational backbone of the Professional Services function – managing and maintaining accurate resource allocation and project pipeline data and ensuring seamless flow of information from sales opportunity through to project close
  • Build and maintain PS-specific dashboards and reporting frameworks that track billable utilisation, time-to-value, delivery margins, project health, and revenue forecasting, delivering actionable insights to PS leadership and Finance on a monthly and quarterly cadence
  • Drive resource planning and capacity modelling across the PS team, making data-informed staffing and scheduling decisions that maximise utilisation targets and support profitable, on-time delivery
  • Act as the operational bridge between Professional Services, Revenue Operations and Finance, aligning on deal scoping assumptions, services revenue recognition, capacity constraints, and joint operating cadences
  • Design, document, and continuously improve PS delivery processes, implementation playbooks, and SOPs that enable repeatable, high-quality customer outcomes and reduce time-to-value across the implementation lifecycle
  • Lead PS operating cadences including weekly pipeline reviews, resource planning sessions, delivery health checks, and quarterly retrospectives to drive accountability, surface risks early, and embed a culture of continuous improvement
  • Support PS financial operations including budget tracking, revenue forecasting, invoice management, and P&L oversight in partnership with Finance, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all PS financial reporting

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years’ experience in an operations role within a B2B SaaS or technology company, with direct exposure to supporting a Professional Services or implementation delivery function
  • Solid understanding of PS economics – including billable utilisation, revenue recognition principles, services margin, and capacity planning, with the ability to own and interpret P&L data
  • Hands-on experience with Professional Services tools such as Kantata or equivalent platforms, alongside CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
  • Proven ability to build KPI frameworks, executive-level dashboards, and operational reporting packages that translate complex delivery data into clear, decision-ready insights
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in capacity modelling, forecasting, and cross-functional financial processes
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across Delivery, Sales, Finance, and RevOps stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in day-to-day operations, or a strong and genuine eagerness to adopt and apply them to improve operational outcomes

Some ‘nice to have’s

  • Experience owning end to end operations across Customer Experience; including Customer Success and Customer Support, alongside Professional Services
  • Experience with formal project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) or implementation frameworks common in HCM or WFM software delivery
  • Background in global or hybrid (onshore/offshore) PS resourcing models, including experience managing partner or third-party delivery channels
  • Exposure to leading PSA system migrations or large-scale process transformation initiatives within a Professional Services context
  • Familiarity with HCM, Workforce Management, or HR technology implementations from either a vendor or consulting background
