About the Role
The Enterprise Risk Lead is a senior leadership role within Source that spans the full breadth of Source’s business, working across and in partnership with Source's Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Legal, Workplace and HR businesses to deliver integrated enterprise risk solutions for clients. This is a client-facing position designed for an experienced enterprise risk leader who can engage with authority and credibility at board and C-suite level - leading sophisticated conversations with clients across the full spectrum of enterprise risk.
The role is built around an integrator mindset. Rather than operating as a narrow specialist, the Enterprise Risk Lead identifies and frames the complete enterprise risk picture for clients, articulating risk challenges across governance, legal, compliance and workplace domains, before drawing on Source's broader team capabilities to deliver deeper expertise where it is needed.
The role works in close partnership with the MDs of Source's GRC, Legal and Workplace businesses and our Sales and Marketing teams to create and deliver high-quality, integrated risk solutions to clients across Source.
Purpose
The Enterprise Risk Lead gives Source's clients access to a trusted senior adviser capable of leading strategic enterprise risk conversations at the highest levels of their organisations. This role will design and build Source's enterprise risk offering – by drawing on the candidate’s own and maturing Source’s frameworks, tools and methodologies used in enterprise risk assessment, and establishing how enterprise risk connects and enhances Source's existing capabilities in Company Secretarial, Compliance, Privacy, Legal and Workplace.
It ensures that Source's enterprise risk offering is coherent, credible and commercially differentiated, and that clients benefit from an integrated approach to corporate risk management.

- Identify and scope the full enterprise risk picture for each client before coordinating the delivery of specialist support from Source's broader teams
- Support clients in articulating, applying and embedding risk appetite frameworks appropriate to their organisational context and maturity
- Build and lead Source's enterprise risk team over time - identifying, recruiting and developing a team of risk consultants to scale the practice as client demand grows
3. Business Development and Thought Leadership
- Partner with Source's Sales and Marketing teams and business MDs to identify and develop enterprise risk opportunities across the client base
- Contribute to Source's market positioning through thought leadership, client collateral and representation at industry forums
- Support the articulation of Source's integrated GRC value proposition, demonstrating how enterprise risk connects to Source's broader capabilities in legal, compliance and workplace
