The role

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll lead talent acquisition across HPX Group, working closely with Partners, Directors and leaders who move fast and expect you to keep up and often stay one step ahead.

You’ll shape our talent approach where you can, and respond smartly and calmly when priorities shift (which they will). You’ll balance long-term thinking with day-to-day delivery, often at the same time.

What this role really involves

  • Responding quickly and thoughtfully to changing hiring needs in a high-growth, high-expectation environment
  • Partnering with senior leaders who need clear advice, fast options and grounded judgment — not theory
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment across early career, specialist and leadership roles nationally
  • Making good decisions in ambiguity, with incomplete information and competing priorities
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines so you’re not starting from scratch every time
  • Using data and insight where it adds value and intuition and experience where it matters more
  • Continuously improving recruitment processes while staying flexible enough to adapt them on the fly
  • Representing HPX Group externally with credibility, warmth and confidence
