We’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join HPX Group on a 12‑month parental leave contract and play a key role in ensuring our people are informed, connected and aligned as the business continues to grow and evolve.
This is a strategic, hands-on role working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the Group. You’ll support executive communication, bring organisational priorities and transformation initiatives to life, and help build a cohesive corporate narrative that reinforces our vision, purpose and values.

Your role
- Supporting executive and leadership communications, including preparing messaging and content for town halls, group‑wide updates, C‑suite communications and content across the Group intranet.
- Developing and delivering integrated internal communication plans aligned to business strategy and organisational priorities.
- Leading end-to-end content creation across internal channels, ensuring clarity, consistency and quality.
- Shaping and maintaining communication standards, cadence and channel governance to improve reach, relevance and impact.
- Creating engaging content that informs, connects and supports meaningful adoption of internal platforms.
- Partnering with teams across the Group to proactively identify communication opportunities and elevate storytelling.
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders and influencing best-practice internal communication approaches.
What you’ll bring
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field – or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years’ experience working in a communications role, ideally within professional services. Strong communication, with clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering internal communication plans that bring organisational purpose, strategy and transformation to life.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively at all levels.
