The role

As a result of Hamilton Locke’s continued growth and unique Px offering, we have a newly created Coordinator position to support our People team. This is an opportunity for someone to develop their human resources experience in a fun, enthusiastic, and hard-working team environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting employee life-cycle events including drafting employment contracts
  • Assisting the new employee onboarding process
  • Coordinating people movements and drafting relevant letters
  • Coordinating the employee exit process
  • Assisting with drafting and updating policies and procedures
  • Assisting with the National Graduate Program
  • Assisting in the administration of WHS requirements
  • Assisting the HR team with projects and tasks as required
  • Supporting leaders in performance management
  • Providing reporting and analytic support as required
  • Working on ad hoc projects as required

About you

As a curious and analytical thinker who loves to solve business challenges, you will thrive in this collaborative culture, where thinking outside of the box is encouraged and rewarded.

You have a background in Human Resources, with experience in an organisation where growth and pipeline has been a focus is highly regarded as well as experience in a professional service environment.

You will have:

  • experience performing a similar role, ideally in professional services (however not essential).
  • degree in Human Resources preferred
  • a pragmatic, driven and professional approach
  • excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
  • the ability to be self-motivated and work collaboratively within the team.
  • a proactive, results driven approach with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
