Join Hostplus and help shape the retirement futures of over 1.9 million Australian workers. As our Member Engagement Manager, you'll drive marketing campaigns that directly improve members' financial wellbeing by connecting them with the right products and services for their life stage.

The opportunity

You'll champion a specific member life-stage segment, becoming the go-to expert who understands their motivations, needs, and aspirations. Your role centres on end-to-end campaign management – from strategic planning and data analysis through to creative execution and performance reporting.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Developing and managing an annual marketing calendar targeting your member segment
  • Leading strategic marketing programs for product initiatives, financial advice, and member education
  • Collaborating with business intelligence teams to leverage data insights for campaign optimisation
  • Creating compelling marketing briefs and managing agency relationships
  • Analysing campaign performance and recommending improvements to drive better member outcomes

About you

You're an experienced marketing professional with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution skills. You bring five years of campaign management experience across multiple channels, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong analytical abilities and experience reporting on marketing outcomes
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Outstanding organisational and planning capabilities
  • Previous superannuation or financial services experience (preferred but not essential)
