As the Digital Experience and UX Lead, your mission is to revolutionize our digital landscape, ensuring our members and prospective members receive exceptional experiences tailored to their needs.

The Opportunity

Join our team and drive excellence by enhancing our digital channels. You'll collaborate across the organisation, providing strategic guidance on digital initiatives to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Reporting directly to the Executive Manager, Business Transformation, you'll champion member experience and lead the charge in transforming our digital presence.

About You

As a Digital and User Experience Lead, you'll thrive in a dynamic environment where creativity meets strategy. Here's what we're looking for:

  • Lead the use of design research techniques to uncover customer needs and pain points
  • Understand, analyse, and map complex journeys and processes to optimize user experiences
  • Develop data-driven digital solutions to enhance member engagement and retention
  • Formalise our digital design process, from research to prototyping, testing, and realisation
  • Analyse data and insights to better understand customer behaviour and guide our actions
  • Work closely with peers to develop digital experience strategies aligned with member needs
  • Champion human-centered design principles to deliver optimal member outcomes
  • Ensure digital products are designed with the customer in mind
  • Evaluate digital channel activity and use insights to improve member service
  • Enhance and manage the user experience of our digital channels
  • Collaborate with digital marketing, operational, and product development teams
  • Drive our organisation's digital transformation efforts
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Digital, eCommerce, Finance, Anthropology, Psychology, or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience providing digital experience leadership in a corporate environment
  • Sound knowledge of superannuation products and markets.
