Are you passionate about making a positive impact to our members dignified retirement? By providing quality limited scope personal advice to our members on fundamental superannuation strategies helping them understand how their super decisions now will secure their retirement in the future.
The opportunity
- Deliver precise and timely limited scope advice within AFSL guidelines.
- Engage actively in providing advice at employer sites within our network.
- Identify and refer opportunities for our expanded scope financial planners, owning the process end-to-end.
- Collaborate across departments for seamless advice campaign execution.
- Delivery of webinars on specific limited advice topics on a quarterly basis.
About You
- Education Standards: Must meet specific educational qualifications (degree or approved equivalent) as mandated by ASIC, with strict training standards in commercial and taxation law.
- Qualified Tax Relevant Provider (QTRP): From 1 January 2023, relevant providers must be registered as a QTRP to provide tax-related financial advice.
- Demonstrated experience performing the same or similar role within Superannuation or a Financial Institution.
- Ability to give limited advice in line with Tax (financial) advice services.
- Possess a high level of knowledge relating to superannuation and insurance, and its role in the broader financial sector.
- Practical knowledge of, and experience in using, financial planning software and CRM systems (XPlan or similar) and the maintenance of detailed client and practitioner notes and records using such systems.
- Proven track record of having achieved KRAs and KPIs in previous financial planning roles including advice quality and productivity.
