Are you passionate about creating meaningful connections and driving positive change for members? As a Member Engagement Specialist at Hostplus, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing member engagement, loyalty, and advocacy by delivering targeted marketing programs that truly make a difference.
The Opportunity
Join a dynamic Marketing Member Engagement team dedicated to promoting Hostplus products and services, while supporting internal business units with expert marketing and communication solutions. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Member Engagement, you’ll help design and execute acquisition and retention campaigns that match Hostplus offerings to the unique needs of our diverse member segments.
What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of strategic, acquisition and retention-focused marketing initiatives for member audiences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in member communications and journeys.
- Develop and execute marketing briefs and project plans, ensuring campaigns are fully integrated and aligned with Hostplus brand strategy.
- Review creative concepts, write and edit copy, and coordinate collateral development.
- Analyse campaign results, measure success against objectives, and recommend enhancements for future activity.
- Ensure all marketing activities meet compliance and stakeholder approval requirements.
About You
- Minimum two years’ experience in marketing or communications, ideally with campaign management across multiple channels.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, able to report on marketing outcomes and recommend improvements.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
- Experience in superannuation or financial services is valued but not essential.
