Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Engagement Manager in strategic marketing efforts for key projects and business unit initiatives, such as product launches, financial education, and legislative updates. 
  • Implement planned initiatives within budget constraints, coordinating activities according to set calendars. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify communication and customer journey improvements, aiding in solution development and implementation. 
  • Assist in crafting marketing briefs and project plans to enhance awareness, retention, growth, and advocacy across various mediums. 
  • Manage marketing functions, including collateral identification, copywriting, creative concept assessment, and implementation. 
  • Coordinate with internal and external creative teams, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and corporate identity guidelines. 
  • Facilitate approval processes, ensuring compliance and stakeholder sign-offs. 
  • Analyse campaign results to assess success against objectives and recommend refinements for future executions.

About you:

  • Proven campaign management experience across a range of marketing channels, delivering projects on budget and on time 
  • Keen attention to detail and outstanding organisational and planning skills. Specifically, a demonstrated ability to execute on the marketing plan adhering to tight deadlines, where necessary 
  • A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to report on marketing activity outcomes and provide recommendations for future enhancements 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills 
  • Strong knowledge of the superannuation sector, particularly the structure and philosophy of industry funds preferred or hands-on financial services industry experience
