About the role:
In this full time permanent position you will be responsible for qualifying/triaging member’s advice needs and facilitating the commencement of a member’s advice journey in addition to completing administrative activities required before and after the advice appointment, to facilitate the efficient delivery of financial advice.
Your day will be varied and you'll have the benefit of speaking to and helping a broad range of members across the nation that have chosen us to enable their retirement to be as strong financially as possible.
Some of your key responsibilities will be to:
- Receive inbound calls from Hostplus Service Excellence Centre or IVR
- Triage member requirements and confirming advice need present
- Determine type of advice (e.g. limited or comprehensive), scope and service package relevant for member needs
- Provide general advice as required in line with AFSL restrictions
- Schedule appointments with financial planners as required
- Support and complete all research and implementation work for members who receive personal
- advice from the comprehensive financial planners
- Maintaining accurate records in our client management system
About you:
We're looking for someone who has a passion for customer service and the financial services & superannuation sectors. You'll be detail focused and with a strong attention to detail and an ability to effectively prioritise your day.
Previous experience in an administrative/associate role within a corporate environment (financial planning practice, financial services) and authorised to provide general advice is preferred but not essential.
Essential: You have a Diploma of Financial Services (FP) or a tertiary qualification in a relevant field
