As a Digital Content Producer at Hostplus, you'll be the driving force behind our digital presence, ensuring members can easily access the information they need to make informed decisions about their superannuation.

This role is central to maintaining the highest standards of content governance, including the timely delivery of accurate content publishing services within tight service level standards.

The opportunity

You'll be the technical backbone of our digital team, working hands-on with our website, email campaigns, and digital platforms to deliver world-class member experiences. This isn't about building websites from scratch - you'll be the skilled professional who takes content strategies and brings them to life through expert implementation and ongoing optimisation.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing content updates across our digital ecosystem through our Content Management System
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement website updates and create engaging new content
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of business-wide and team governance processes to keep website content up to date, including the verification & pruning of stale content
  • Conducting thorough testing across mobile, desktop, and tablet platforms to ensure flawless user experiences
  • Supporting campaign launches with eDMs, landing pages, and digital advertising components
  • Maintaining our digital asset libraries and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints

About you

 You're a service orientated, digital professional with proven experience in enterprise content management. You understand the importance of accuracy and compliance in financial services, and you thrive in structured environments where quality control matters.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience managing digital content
  • Knowledge of UX principles and accessibility standards
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
