About the role:
In the role of Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for administrative duties including, but not limited to, diary and calendar management, reception cover duties, information management, record keeping, operational reporting and project support.
About you:
Reporting into the Group Executive (GE) of Administration Optimisation, Service and Insurance, you will provide general administrative support to the GE and the extended team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with coordination of team meetings and taking minutes if required;
- Management of the GE outlook calendar and inbox;
- Processing invoices and ordering digital cab changes, tracking of budget and spend, processing new vendor or agreement renewals in SharePoint forms;
- Preparing correspondence including formatting documents, developing templates, file management and distribution as required;
- Preparation and distribution of papers and reports for various meetings and committees;
- Maintain filing system and records management;
- Assisting with ordering stationary and kitchen supplies for the office, where required;
- Reception relief during lunchbreaks and during periods that the Receptionist is on leave AND
- Supporting with other administrative based projects as required from time to time
