About the role:

Joining us in this 12 Month Parental Leave Contract, you will provide day to day assistance and support both the Group Executive Manager, Member Experience and Group Executive Manager Administration & Services in four key areas: diary and calendar management, preparation of board reporting, information management, record keeping and operational reporting and project support.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Act as the central point for the Group Executives, creating an environment in which the GE’s office is approachable, professional, and highly effective.
  • Manage all requests for the GEs including management of appointments, active management of the day to day running of the department, deliverable tasks and administration, prioritisation of all internal and external communications and direct enquiries.
  • Respond to information requests from stakeholders both inside and outside Hostplus, including coordinating responses on a wide variety of critical business documents and directly acting upon issues that arise within delegation.
  • Prepare correspondence and responses for the GE’s signature working as needed with the Leadership Team.

We're looking for someone who has experience in a similar position with a strong ability to prioritise your day and tasks, coupled with outstanding communication & relationship building skills.
