The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Operations Manager to join our team at Hostplus. In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage various aspects of finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor management, and taxation management. You will lead a dedicated team, providing them with guidance and support to ensure operational excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

About You:

• Proven experience in financial management, preferably within the superannuation or financial services industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation regulations, and financial reporting standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
• A commitment to upholding the values of integrity, professionalism, and accountability in all aspects of their work.
